About Me

As a kind, calm and reliable person I have experience of babysitting children between the ages of 3 and 12. Growing up with a mum who worked as a nanny and ran her own crèche, I often helped out with looking after the children. And now, whilst on a year off from university, I am keen to help out with babysitting and childcare.

Alongside being outdoors and cooking, it is dance and music that are two of the things I love the most. Being creative and going outside with children whilst babysitting is something I really enjoy, and most importantly is enriching and fun for the kids!

As a medical student I have first aid training, and can also offer tutoring services and help with homework.

As mentioned I am currently taking some time out from my fifth year of studying medicine at the University of Cambridge, having graduated with a BA in natural sciences. I offer tutoring for biology and physiology at all levels up to the first year of university; and can also offer sessions for GCSE and A Level chemistry and maths, as well as English and Physics at GCSE level, upon request.

I achieved A*A*A* in biology, chemistry and maths at A level, and am here to help you achieve the grades you are aiming for; as well as to help build understanding and confidence in learning for those not yet at the age to be thinking about GCSEs and A levels.

My tutoring lessons will very much be tailored to the student, this will mean adapting the style of teaching to the tutee - whether that mean more of a focus on visual learning, auditory learning or reading and writing.

The aim with my lessons is always to make the tutee feel comfortable and content, feeling free to ask any question they have and knowing that making mistakes will never be something they’ll be judged for - it’s all about building confidence in themselves and their abilities.
