My Requirements

We’re looking for a nanny who can work within our family, which includes part time with grandparents, to provide consistent childcare support for us.
The post is based in Cheriton Bishop and Exmouth. Car driver essential.

We’re looking for someone who is available for nursery pick ups and drop offs throughout the week. We also need someone who is available to do overnights some weeks (likely Sunday, Monday). There are some occasional weekend hours as well. You would be sharing the post with an existing nanny so the hours stated are flexible/negotiable to some degree.

I will likely be present on most of the Wednesday daytime hours and at least one of the overnights. A large part of this nanny role is providing support alongside me, as I have struggled to do this alone for 3 years with very few family or friends around us here until very recently. On some of the overnights I will not be around as I travel regularly for work. There will be some light child-related house jobs eg changing child’s bed, cooking, tidying.

I’m also open to my daughter staying and being cared for at your home on some of the evenings/mornings/weekends if that suits better.

The position would start as self employed, but with the option of transitioning to employed if preferred after a 3 month settling period.
