Specialising in phonics, timetables.
Also use a thematic approach - if a child loves Pokémon then all activities and resources will be based upon that particular theme.
My style is interactive with an emphasis of learning through games, movement and in nature. This lends well to neurodivergent children who are visual and kinaesthetic learners.
