Incredible nursery in Gants Hill

We’ve been part of the Gants Hill Playgroup family for over two years now, and can’t express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care and support the people at this nursery have given our daughter. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help her settle in—gently, patiently, and with so much kindness. What could have been a daunting transition turned into a joyful adventure, thanks to the nurturing environment they created.
The staff are not only professional and attentive, but genuinely loving and invested in each child’s growth. Over the years, we’ve watched our daughter blossom in confidence, curiosity, and independence. She’s made beautiful friendships, learned so much, and always comes home with a smile and stories to share.

It’s clear that this nursery isn’t just a place of learning—it’s a place where children are truly seen, supported, and celebrated. We feel incredibly lucky to have had this experience, and we’ll always look back on these years with warmth and gratitude.

Thank you Nihan, Dawn and the rest of the team for everything you’ve done for our little one and for us as a family.

Caring and attentive staff

My son had never attended a preschool or nursery so I was naturally apprehensive about him starting anywhere. Observing how warmly the staff interacted with children, honestly relieved my anxieties. Each staff member; Nihan, Dawn, Nuzhat, Leena, Pam and Sabrina are professional and kind to children and parents.

There are opportunities to review a child’s progress through a formal parent’s meeting and of course, their open-door and approachable culture.

Personally, i noted marked improvement with my son’s willingness to interact with others and social skills. He was able to describe the varied activities he undertook throughout the day and spoke fondly of the friendships he made.

The curriculum and correspondence from the playgroup is coherent and well structured. I felt the themes per term were appropriate and in line with my son’s interests and learning level.

Gants Hill Playgroup is a close knit and friendly environment where my son thrived. I look forward to send my next child to the nursery!

Best Nursery in Gants Hill

Both of my sons attended Gants Hill Playgroup and we couldn’t be happier. At first, we were worried as my kids didn’t speak English but lovely ladies helped them to settle in quite easily and looked after them with great care. Now we had our baby girl I cannot wait to send her there.
