My youngest sister has a tracheostomy she can’t talk so I’m quite experienced with in that area she has carers who come in to watch her so I’m basically learning from them aswell and obviously u would take care of my siblings when my mum is not around family members would leave their kids with me

I’m going to be honest I don’t have any qualifications in childcare
