Over 15 years experience working in a Montessori Nursery and at the prestigious Ardingly College (to date) in the nursery and reception class. I have a natural ability to connect with children at their level and they soon feel at ease in my company. I have a good knowledge of the EYFS and understand the different milestones and of how to support children to reach them.
