About Me
We are a happy family, that enjoys spending as much time together as we can. James is our first child, born in August 2023. He is a content and healthy child. We are a vegetarian family that loves spending time outdoors.
Our approach to parenting prioritises the emotional development of our child. We believe that clear consistent boundaries implemented through a patient, playful, and caring approach will allow James to grow confidently and safely.
My husband Alastair works full-time as an Engineer, and I am a teacher and mental health specialist at a school.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder who enjoys taking children out for a variety of activities. Can implement a good routine for the children they care for.
We are looking for a childminder who will in time feel like a family member to James, so he enjoys his daily visits to see them. It is important to us that the childminder has a positive demeanour that can nourish James's sense of safety as he grows and explores the world in these early years.
I am applying for a 4-day working week so I can care for James 1 day a week.
Ideally, we would be able to drop James off around 7 am and collect him around 5 pm.
