Whilst Fatima appears to be a sweet girl, she has no concept on how to communicate in relation to very important child matters. She had been dishonest with her qualifications and background. We would agree on an arrangement but it would fail on her part because of her minimal understanding. Ultimately I would have to put this down to her lack of English.

Fatima is extremely unprofessional. Do not employ. She doesn’t want to pay attention to the child, just likes to waste time on her phone when you leave her with your child. Cancels at the last minute- highly unreliable. I was late to work because she was sleeping before her shift and was super late to work. Just keeps sitting on the sofa or keeps sleeping while on duty. Do not employ her.

Your house was so dirty so I ended up having a urine infection.
U have asked to cook and clean on top of childcare and u paid £10 an hour and it's under minimum wage.
ASA I informed you I can't continue my child care job u blocked me and didn't pay my outstanding payment and the Uber receipt from the first of August.
Your house is so dirty that I couldn't sleep the nights I was looking after your daughter.
