Welcome to 3 Vees Childcare!
Hello, parents and guardians! I’m Sarah, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to 3 Vees Childcare. As both a childminder and an Assistant Headteacher in a primary school, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and educational support for your children.
I have over twenty years of experience as a qualified teacher, ensuring children thrive under my care. I am married with three daughters: two in university and the youngest in sixth form. I work as a teacher and an Assistant Headteacher on Mondays and Tuesdays; and as a childminder, babysitter, and tutor for the rest of the week.

I bring a wealth of experience to 3 Vees Childcare. I worked as a nursery nurse and later as a senior nursery nurse for seven years, caring for children aged 0-5 years. Since 2013, I have been teaching children from Reception to Year 6 in primary schools. Additionally, my personal experience of raising my own children has enriched my understanding and approach to childcare.

I am available all year round except for family holidays.
• Full-Time and Part-Time Care: Flexible scheduling to meet your needs.
• Working Hours: Open Wednesday to Saturday, from 7am to 6pm ( An earlier start and later finish can be arranged)

I cannot recommend Sarah at 3 Vees highly enough! From the moment we arrived for the viewing, it was clear she was exceptional. What was meant to be a brief meeting turned into an in-depth, unhurried conversation where she made sure all my questions were thoroughly answered. She immediately bonded with my son, which put me at ease instantly—something that is no small feat during a transition period between childcare providers.
Although our need for childcare was short-term, Sarah was incredibly flexible and accommodating, happy to help us even for a brief time. Her 20+ years of experience and deep understanding of early childhood development were evident throughout, which was incredibly reassuring for me as a parent of a six-month-old infant and an almost three-year-old toddler.
Her home is warm, spotless, and fully equipped with everything little ones need to thrive—including a beautiful, spacious garden. Outdoor play is so important for my older child, and she truly delivered on that front.
One thing to note—your child may not want to leave at the end of the day! Sarah’s warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care make her a magnet for little ones.
I’m so grateful we found her, and I sincerely hope to work with her again in the future. She's a true gem in the world of childcare.
