Let us tell you a little about ourselves, ??
Shaheen:
I am a mum to a beautiful baby girl Syra who is 2 and we live at home with my husband.
Since I have become a mum my little girls has opened my eyes, and has shown me what life is all about, I have always had a passion to work with children and she has made me realise this is something I should Persue. So, I worked on getting my Level 3 childminding course HBCA with The Childcare Company in accociation with PACEY. And I joined ofsted as a registered childminder
Abbie:
I have two wonderful children, Charlie who is 4 and April who is 1, we live at home with my husband Georgie, I have worked in healthcare most of my life but over the past few months have been working alongside Shaheen discovering a new love for the lives of these tiny people we surround ourselves with, they are amazing and I am currently doing all my corses to ensure I have all the tools to make sure the children have what they need to thrive.
We love the outdoors, we spend a lot of time in forest school with our children. We believe children learn through play and exploring the world. We both love spending time with family and friends and learning new skills and different cultures. We really look forward to bringing this into our setting for our little ones to learn and grow into their own happy, strong and independent selves. ?
We are fully qualified paediatric first aiders we also have liability insurance and business insurance for our cas.
My Experience
Shaheen
I have always wanted to work in childcare so
Form 2022 I started working in a nursery this is we're my passion grew, I i fully started to understand what working in early years is all about. This has given me the experience I needed to ensure I have the knowledge to deliver the EYFS (early years foundation stage framework) effectively and help our children learn, in there own space and time.
Enhancing there knowledge and reaching there milestones.
Having my own daughter has helped me understand the world of babies from nappy, changing sterilising weaning and helping them to navigate the world around them. I'm confident in my knowledge to be able to help our children learn and grow from any age.
in 2023 I worked on getting my Level 3 childminding course HBCA level 3 in childminding with The Childcare Company in accociation with PACEY.

Abbie
I have completed my safeguarding course and my paediatric first aid, I am currently working on my child development courses, however I have vast experience in healthcare and used to work on a mental health ambulance and then I would create private health care plans for both mental health and vulnerable people.
I have two wonderful children of my own a 4 year old son and a 15 month old girl, and when I was faced with the decision of going back to work after having my daughter I wanted to experience more with them, since working with shaheen I have discovered a new love of being apart of shaping these little lives, these tiny humans are so incredible and playing and learning with them all day is a such a privilege being apart of their lives.
