A friendly, working family is seeking a dedicated and nurturing nanny to provide exceptional care for their 2-year-old son. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced but also truly passionate about engaging with young children and fostering their development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Daily Care and Supervision:** Provide attentive care to our son, ensuring his safety and well-being at all times.
- **Structured Routine:** Establish and maintain a daily schedule that balances indoor and outdoor play, rest, and educational activities.
- **Educational Engagement:** Engage our son in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, reading, and early language development.
- **Toy Organization:** Keep play areas tidy and organized, ensuring toys and learning materials are well-maintained.
- **Social Development:** Arrange playdates and accompany him to local classes and activities to encourage social interaction.
- **Parental Support:** Provide feedback on our son's progress and adapt activities to support his growth.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience as a nanny or in childcare is essential.
- **Engaging Personality:** A warm, energetic, and creative individual who loves working with toddlers.
- **Organized & Proactive:** Able to create a structured routine and take initiative in planning activities.
- **First Aid & CPR Certified:** Preferred but not required.
- **Valid Driver’s License:** Preferred, with a clean driving record for potential transportation needs.
