I’ve been in touch with Victoria since a few months and waited patiently and asked a number of times when I could get a visit scheduled and I’d told her I was really keen to get a space as soon as possible. I arranged a visit quite far in advance and was extremely keen on getting my little one a spot and even agreed to doing two days even though I originally only wanted one day. That was because Victoria wanted a minimum of two days.
I was given a slot at her convenience and the night before was sent a message saying there are no spaces available. It was a really unfair process and you’d think if someone has been looking and been in touch for that long it would be a much fairer process and not based on someone coming to visiting a day before. Especially considering if I’d been given the opportunity I would have visited earlier too. I planned to visit when Victoria had asked.
So now we’ve been left stranded again in finding another childcare provider.

I apologise for any inconvenience.
When running a childcare setting, it can be difficult to organise a mutually agreeable date and time that causes minimal disruption to the setting and children.
Unfortunately, due to demand and business requirements, the space was taken by a prior viewing.
I wish you the best of luck with your search for a childcare provider.
