Unfortunately I’m being forced to update my last review. My daughter started attending little explorers by the end of June 3 weeks after I was is formed by childminder that she’s going abroad for 3 weeks planned medical treatment. Week ago I was told that “treatment “ will take longer than expected and therefore she must cancel our contract . My daughter is starting school this September so I was left with no childcare whatsoever for the summertime and I am working on 2 jobs . Since the “ health issues “ were so serious I understand the childminder knew about them long before she signed the contract with me . Why signing the co tract and then cancelling after 1.5 month ? I came to the conclusion that she only needed an extra money for holiday expenses . Do not sent your children there ! She’ll leave you with no childcare after a month

I understand you feel misled, and I apologize for any upset this has caused. I reached out to you via email to explain my medical situation, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response.
Medical issues often arise unexpectedly and require adjustments to plans. When I initially mentioned needing a break, I was unaware of the severity of my condition. Subsequent tests revealed the extent of the issue and the necessary treatment timeline.
I had hoped that my clients would understand that unexpected life events, such as medical issues, can arise.
