My educational journey, holding a bachelor's degree in Physics and an MBA in HR and Marketing, has fostered both analytical and problem-solving abilities. These skills have been invaluable in my career, enabling me to optimize healthcare operations and enhance patient care.

As a Care Assistant, I have demonstrated a commitment to residents' well-being by providing direct assistance i am focused in 1.1 staffing, monitoring health changes, and fostering a sense of security. My experience as a Department Coordinator in oncology involved managing various responsibilities, such as clinical correspondence, team administration, and strategic development, showcasing my ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
