About Me
I am by no means professionally experienced, however, I have recently applied to a range of universities in hope to study Social Work. I have a keen interest in the well-being of people and hope that upon completion of my further studies I will have the opportunity to work with children, in particular, those with special needs and have a positive impact on their lives.
I feel it is important to note, if it poses a conflict of interest, I myself am disabled as I was born with a shortened left upper limb with no hand present. This has not held me back from achieving my goals and instead I adapt to suit a situation I am in.
My Experience
I grew up in a large family, regularly babysitting younger family members. I have volunteered with the Northern Health & Social Care Trust: this was a summer scheme for children aged 1-18 with a range of physical and mental disabilities. I also have experience teaching as I have qualifications as a trainee coach for Karate, of which I primarily am involved with the younger members of the club and their successes. Additionally, I had a placement week in a primary school with a class of 4/5 year olds to complete part of my current studies.
My Qualifications
No professional qualifications. Currently studying Health and Social Care in sixth form to attain my Level 3 as well as prior experience relevant to babysitting.
My Availability
I have full weekend availability, as well as also being available most evenings. However, I do have regular availability on Friday evenings.

My Fees

This is a standard rate that will not increase however open to a lower rate of pay, if applicable.
