My Experience
I happen to have part time baby sitting experiences in my home country for family friends since I was 15. Apart from that I became an elder sister at the age of 7 which also trained me in cleaning after young ones to interacting with them. I have also observed many of my nieces and nephews growing up closely which gave me advantage to understand little ones

I'm an international student currently pursuing my MBA from the University of Sunderland, London Campus
