About Me
Hello! My name is Karolina. I have a BSc in Geography, and currently work at a nursery studying an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, while working with children between the ages of 4 months to 4 years old. I have also worked as a private tutor teaching English, Maths and Science following the KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 curriculums. I absolutely love working with children, and especially enjoy doing arts and crafts and going outside with them!
I am personally an avid artist, reader, gardener and cook, and have previously worked as a chef. I’d be happy to cook meals for your children, and I have strong experience working with allergies and different dietary needs. I also speak fluent Polish and intermediate Spanish.
My Experience
My experience in a nursery includes supervising mealtimes, changing babies and children, planning a variety of activities like cooking, arts, music and outings, teaching literacy and numeracy and tracking and reporting children’s development. I have also worked with SEN children.
I am also familiar with school learning curriculums and I am confident in tutoring children and assisting them with homework up to Key Stage 4.
I have further experience babysitting children between the ages of 3-16.
My Qualifications
I have a full DBS check and have a First Aid qualification as of 13/04.
I am studying towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and would be happy to come along on holidays if needed.
