About Me
Hello! I'm Anna, a registered childminder living in a cosy flat with a safe outdoor play area right in front of the building. We’re in a fantastic location near Stevenage Old Town, the Town Centre, and the Train Station, making drop-offs and pick-ups convenient for busy families.
Our home offers a warm, smoke-free, and friendly environment where children feel right at home. I provide a low adult-to-child ratio, allowing me to deliver high-quality care, activities, and attention tailored to each child.
I have the joy of raising two school-aged boys and extensive professional experience working with children in schools. My education degree and postgraduate diploma in psychology give me a strong understanding of child development.
I love cooking wholesome, fresh meals that everyone enjoys. Inside, we have a wide variety of toys, books, and resources that make learning through play an exciting adventure.
I’m fully registered and hold a DBS check, pediatric first aid certification, safeguarding training, and food safety training.
Our family speaks English, Polish, and Spanish, so we welcome multilingual and bilingual children.
Your little one’s day will be filled with engaging activities such as indoor and outdoor play, visits to parks and playgroups, library trips, crafts, storytimes, and singing nursery rhymes.
In addition to privately paid places, I also offer government-funded places or a combination of both

My Experience
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and Learning Disability. Additionally, I have Level 3 qualifications in Child Care and Health and Social Care.
My background includes courses in supporting learning, autism, ADHD, and more.
I've worked in both mainstream and special schools, as well as in healthcare (NHS)
