My Requirements

Hello! I am a full-time working mother in search of a compassionate and reliable individual to assist with part-time childcare for my 6-year-old son, who presents ASD, with PDA traits. He is currently in school part-time. We are looking for an energetic person who can provide a nurturing and supportive environment for him, as well as help with some household tasks. Would need to drive and have your own vehicle.

Position Details:

Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 1130pm-630pm). I am even open to a few days of week vs. all 4
Location: Heswall
Start Date: May 17 2025
Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and engaging care for my son, including playing, outings, and participating in activities that support his development.
Assist with his daily routine (includes school pick-up at 1230 each day), including meal times, hygiene, and bedtime preparations.
Implement and follow any specific strategies or routines recommended by his SEN team.
Help with light household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and tidying up.
Occasionally run errands or assist with grocery shopping.

Qualifications:
Experience working with children, especially those with additional needs, is highly preferred.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Ability to communicate effectively.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

I would also need week night and weekend coverage sporadically and looking for light housework/tidying.
