My name is Thais. I am an enthusiastic and caring young individual. I am a sports enthusiast, I like spending time in the kitchen cooking, I love the outdoors, languages, and traveling. I am organized and a good time manager- during my university degree I juggled studies, rowing as a competitive athlete, and a part-time job.
I was born in the UK but have a Brazilian mother and grew up speaking Portuguese as well as English. I lived in Rio de Janeiro and Barcelona for a few years in my childhood, picking up Spanish as a third language. I completed my GCSEs, A-levels, and University degrees in London.
I would love to find a kind and loving family to nanny for.
My Experience
I have 4 years of nannying experience, and they have been four incredibly rewarding years where I got to learn from little ones the value of play, creativity, and curiosity. I believe in a Montessori approach to learning. I have taken a year off work to spend time with family in Brazil, I will be back in London for the start of the new school year in September 2024.
I have spent the last year working at my mothers Airbnb in Brazil, helping out with the general cleaning if the house and the preparation of the bedrooms.
My Qualifications
I have a Paediatric First Aid course with a certificate.
My Availability
Available some evenings where necessary and for the occasional baby sitting.
