My Requirements
I need support with childcare for my 4 and 11 year olds that will include pick and drop at times. 11 year old does not need much effort as he keeps himself busy with books and x box. The 4 year old needs to be engaged and loves one to one interactions. Till now my husband was taking care of the kids and we did not need support. He is set to start work now and we need to establish a good and reliable childcare support given that our work timings are erratic and include shift works.
