About Me
Hi, I’m Tessa and I run ‘Happy Hoglets Childminding’. I am a newly registered Ofsted childminder and I live in Hessle with my husband, youngest daughter and our dog, a child friendly sprocker spaniel. I provide a warm, safe and fun home-from-home environment, where your little ones can learn, play and grow. I have a dedicated playroom and secure garden for your child to enjoy free play and structured activities. We will also spend lots of time outdoors, exploring woodland areas, nature trails, local parks, libraries, also bus and train rides. As a mum & grandma, I understand the importance of working closely with you to achieve the best tailored care for your child, through every little step of their journey.
My Experience
Apart from bringing up my own children and helping with my young grandsons, I have spent over 14 years working with children as a teaching assistant which has given me a wealth of knowledge, training and experience of children’s needs and development in EYFS and KS1. I have a significant list of relevant training which is updated and enhanced on a regular basis.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
I accept funding from 9 months and 2, 3 & 4 year olds and I am registered for tax free childcare.
