I am an Ofsted registered childminder living in Belmont, Sutton, Surrey with full Safeguarding, DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificates. I have been childminding for 17 years and absolutely love what I do. I like to be out with the children taking part in activities most mornings and we also walk in the park and attend local toddler groups. My recent Ofsted inspection resulted in a 'Good' grading. My house is a warm, inviting and happy environment and I like children to feel at home whilst they are in it. I have a large garden and plenty of play equipment. I have cared for Newborn babies and afterschoolers up to age 10 over the past 17 years and all have stayed with me for at least 3 years. I am experienced in caring for twins having had twins myself and have cared for many sets of twins over the years. I am avaliable from 7. 30 until 5.30pm Monday - Thursday.

My daughter has been with Emma since she has been 11 months old. Emma made us feel very welcoming from the moment we met and as soon as I left, I knew she was the person to have our daughter. She told me the playgroups she attended so I was able to attend them before our daughter started. Our daughter was used to these settings before she actual started with Emma but also she got to know her a bit and the other children that are in Emma's care which made the settling in process so much easier. My daughter is thriving in her care and goes in to her home without a care in the world. We get updates during the day and sometimes a few photos or videos which makes me feel so much better as she is always smiling in them. If you were to chose Emma to be your childminder you would not regret it!

Thank you Vanda, it’s so important to be able to work in partnership with parents when caring for their children especially very small babies. You are great parents to work with, very trusting and supportive of me which enables me to confidently care for your delightfully sunny little girl. As a consequence I really enjoy our time together, watching her grow and meet her development milestones 😊
Our son has been with Emma for 18 months since he was a year old.
He absolutely loves Emma and the time he spends with her, it’s really clear how much Emma enjoys her job and cares about the children she looks after. I felt comfortable leaving my child with Emma immediately and have never been concerned that he might be missing me because they are always so busy. We are amazed by the development of our son which we definitely attribute partly to the time he spends with Emma and the activities they do. Emma has a really collaborative approach and we keep in close contact. We really value her advice if we are not sure about anything and always ask what she thinks.
Emma also has children of her own who love to get involved and play with the children and our son really enjoys spending time with them too.
We are so glad we found Emma and honestly can’t think of anywhere better for him to be.

Thank you Helen...I do absolutely love what I do and really cant imagine doing anything else. Looking after your adorable little boy is so enjoyable and rewarding. We really feel like he is part of our family and hope that he feels the same, because, at the end of the day thats what matters most. 😊
