About Me
I am a 35 year old mum and trainee GP married to my husband Chris who is a civil servant. I am from Bury and Chris is from London.
I am originally from Bury, having grown up in Fornham and Risby in the local schools. I love Bury and all that it offers for kids and look forward to having my new little family settle there.
Chris and I have two kids. Chloe who is currently 2years and 8 months and Rafe who is 5 months. Chloe is an adventurous, courageous and VERY chatty little girl! She loves pretend play, trampolines and beaches! Her favourite toy is her kitchen and shop which may be because she loves her food so much! Rafe is a very chilled out little boy. He watches his sister and giggles pretty much all day. They both love their books and a bit of down time too! Chloe, being her independent and bossy self is teaching him a thing or two :)
My Requirements
We are moving to Bury St. Edmunds in Nov 24 and are looking for childcare for our two children. We are moving from India where we have lived for 3 years due my husband, Chris' work.
I have had 2 children since living abroad and they have grown up in colourful India. It has been a wild ride and we are looking forward into settling back into some sense of normality back home. By the time we move to Bury, Chloe our eldest will be just 3 and Rafe will be just 1. We are looking for someone who will love them like their own and give them a playful, stimulating and somewhat structured environment. I love nature and hope they will spend time outdoors exploring what nature has to offer. This has been hard in India where it is largely too hot or polluted to go outdoors for long periods.
I will be working in A&E at the West Suffolk Hospital and my husband will be in London from Monday-Thursday and therefore we really need someone who can be a little bit flexible due to the nature of shift work. I also have my parents in Bury on hand! Of course we are willing to pay for this added flexibility and truly would be so grateful for someone who can help us to come up with a childcare plan and just be an all round superhero (the thought of solo parenting and shift work is currently giving me nightmares!)
