About Me
Hi! I'm Nic, I am a mum to 3 school aged children (6, 10, 12). I have previous experience working in the Early Years and Education Safeguarding team for the local authority.
My aim is to create a warm, welcoming home from home environment for children to play, learn and develop in their unique way.
I am paediatric first aid trained and have a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery.
I am based in Kidderminster, and benefit from living near a nature reserve, having our own private allotment, access to early years forest school groups and soft play groups locally, along with wonderful resources at my setting.
My Experience
I have 3 children myself, all of which are now at school. I have a strong background in Safeguarding for Early Years and Education, providing support to childcare providers across the county.
My Qualifications
I have completed all Tiney childminder training, including Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid.

Nicola was fantastic with my little boy before he was old enough for nursery (we would have kept him with Nicola if the location had worked). She was great at keeping me updated and worked so hard to get an exclusively breastfed baby to take the bottle! He now loves going to nursery and I put his confidence down to the great start he had with Nicola. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
