About Me
I am a friendly dancer and yoga teacher from Brisbane, Australia who loves to work with kids and has extensive experience doing so. I am fun, reasonable and gentle with children and am organised and reliable in my work and scheduling.
I live in a very well connected area and am willing to travel for the right family. I'd love to help with little babies and toddlers but am open to doing after school pick up for older kids too.
My Experience
I was a live in Nanny for a year when first moving to London. I lived with a family and their 2 little girls (ages 4 and 7) for a year. I did the before school preparations, walked them to school, made dinner for the family, picked them up from school/clubs and looked after them until 6pm each evening during the week. I also babysat some weeknights and weekends and am confident with bath and bedtime routines.
My siblings both have children and I am very confident caring for children of all ages from babies through to teenagers. I have also taught children dancing since 2016.
My Qualifications
No formal qualifications for childcare. Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance Performance) and Yoga Teacher training certificates have qualified me for the dance and yoga teaching experience I have with children. The rest is just a natural knack for nurturing!
My Availability
I have a pretty busy schedule of teaching and dancing at the moment but have intermittent (irregular) days off for flexible babysitting/plan b babysitting as required. Feel free to get in touch if you're very close to NW6. Please note the availability chart is what I might have available on any given week, never all of these days consistently.
