Since I was young, I've had significant experience as a scout, and now, as a scout leader, I've discovered my passion for caring for and interacting with children. I love creating fun dynamics, singing various songs (I have a complete repertoire!), and I'm always looking for creative ways to engage and entertain the little ones.

My Experience
I have been serving as a volunteer scout leader for 5 years in my hometown scouting movement. During this time, I have had the privilege of caring for and mentoring young individuals aged 6 to 17. For two years, I focused on nurturing the growth of children aged 6 to 10, and thereafter, I transitioned to working with the older age group, aged 11 to 17.
My approach to leadership is characterized by a vibrant and cheerful demeanor. I always strive to bring joy and positivity to the young individuals under my care. Furthermore, I am deeply passionate about outdoor activities and sports. Whether it's hiking, running, swimming, or exploring trails, I find immense joy and fulfillment in connecting with nature. I firmly believe that such experiences are essential for the holistic development of young people, fostering a sense of adventure, resilience, and appreciation for the natural world.
Through my years of experience as a scout leader, I have cultivated valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and mentorship. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where young individuals can learn, grow, and thrive.
My Qualifications
As I mentioned, I'm a cheerful and smiling person. I have a natural ability to mediate conflicts by listening to both sides of a discussion and working to find a collaborative solution. My approach is centered on teamwork, aiming to achieve consensus that benefits all involved.
Although I'm not a professional rescuer, I stay updated with biannual first aid courses due to my involvement in the scout movement. This experience is a significant advantage as I'm prepared to act in emergency situations if needed.
Additionally, I'm physically strong and have a genuine love for animals, which allows me to handle a variety of tasks and situations effectively and compassionately.
My Availability
Currently, I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so it's not an issue for me to choose the hours. I am open and will coordinate with the family accordingly.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
The only fee I charge is for transportation and meals, but typically families already cover these expenses. Oh, I forgot to mention, but I have a valid UK driver's license, so if there's any travel involved or if I need to transport the children, I can assist with that activity.
