About Me
My name is Isabelle but most people call me Belle. I have always lived in Twickenham and studied in the area. My mum was a nanny for around 20 years and my sister is a teacher so I have always been in the environment of caring for children. I began working at a nursery after lockdown and loved every minute of it. I worked closely with 1-2-year-olds but I have also exploded other ages, like babies and preschool. Working at a nursery has given me the skills to be prepared in any situation possible and given me the confidence to work well in a high-pressure situation with children. I also have my first aid training so I feel prepared in any situation thrown at me. I have also done 6 months of nannying.
My Experience
I worked at my previous nursery for 2 years doing 40 hours per week. I was mainly in the 1-2-year-old room but I did explore working with other age groups. I was given 10 children and I would do assessments and observations and track their overall development. I also did 3 parents' evenings while working there, which gave me the opportunity to go into more depth about their children. I have also worked wi two families nannying
My Qualifications
Although I don’t have any qualifications in childcare, I have had 2 1/2 years experience and has lots of training on SEN, safeguarding, first aid and lots more
