About Me

A vibrant, nurturing empath, passionate about assisting and supporting you during your birth journey. Based in North London, I recognise that this life-changing moment requires excellent care as you prepare for your new arrival. I tend to work within the North, East, and South London regions, providing dedicated support to families like yours.

After hearing repeated stories of discomfort and avoidable experiences that have no space in the birthing room, I decided to study and train to become a doula. My background in the corporate realm, particularly in a mediator role, has equipped me with the skills to provide calm, compassionate support. I naturally become the person friends and colleagues feel comfortable seeking comfort and a shoulder to lean on. Nowadays, I strive to help Mamas embark on this fulfilling journey, providing personalized support every step of the way.

As your Birth Doula, I will:

Provide comprehensive antenatal classes, including active birth techniques
Birth plan consultation
Provide continuous support during labour, ensuring you feel empowered, comfortable, and informed throughout the birthing process.
Offer doula birth photography services, capturing the special moments of your labour and delivery
Offer optional services such as Mama Circle Ceremonies for additional support and bonding and yoni steaming aftercare sessions for postnatal care
and many more!
Having been exposed to a variety of birthing experiences, including surgical and natural births, I understand the importance of personalised, compassionate care. With my comprehensive doula services, tailored specifically for families like yours, you can feel confident and empowered as you welcome your new arrival into the world.
