My Experience

I have worked as a Behavioral Support Assistant in high schools, where I helped manage and support students with behavioral challenges. This role required me to develop strong communication and conflict resolution skills, create positive relationships with students, and implement strategies to help them succeed academically and socially.

**Caring for the Elderly**
I have extensive experience working with elderly patients, particularly those with special needs such as dementia. This work has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of providing a nurturing environment. The needs and requirements of these patients are specific, much like caring for children. I found this work incredibly fulfilling and would do it regularly.

**Eldest Sibling in a Large Family**
As the eldest sibling in a large family, I naturally took on responsibilities and gained valuable experience with children from a young age. This role involved helping with homework, organizing activities, and ensuring the well-being of my younger siblings. It has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

I hold my GCSEs, A-levels, and a degree in law. Additionally, I have a diploma in CBT and counselling, and I am currently pursuing another diploma in religious studies. I am passionate about self-education and constantly seek opportunities to expand my knowledge.

I am mostly free in the late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I work from home, so there’s always some flexibility in my schedule.
