My Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and high-quality care for our 13.5-month-old baby.
- Ensure the baby's safety at all times.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development and learning.
- Prepare and feed nutritious meals and snacks.
- Change diapers and assist with potty training when appropriate.
- Maintain the baby's daily routine, including nap times, feeding schedules, and playtime.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare (e.g., cleaning up after meals, organising toys, baby clothes, laundry etc).
- Monitor and report the baby's progress and any concerns to the parents.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary and respond to emergencies promptly.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, reliability, and a loving demeanor.
- Ability to handle potential challenging situations with calmness and care.
- Flexibility to adapt to the family's needs and schedule.
- Non-smoker.

Schedule:
- 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday)
-Your preferred hours, e.g., 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Benefits may include paid time off.
