My Summary

My Experience

I have lots of experience minding children. I started working as a babysitter when I was 16, and then aged 21 I spent a summer teaching beginner's piano to six kids in my local music centre, for which I received a DBS check. This was a great way to put into practice how to communicate with and teach children in a musically engaging way. At age 22 I worked as a summer Au Pair to two young children in Ibiza, where I developed my Spanish fluency and had responsibilities of cooking, cleaning and organising activities such as swimming and bike rides for the children. I come from a big family where I grew up involved in looking after my younger brother and cousins. So I try to be the best role model I can be, while keeping the magic of childhood alive!

My Qualifications

First class degree in BA Geography with Spanish and International Study Abroad.
Currently on track for a First class in MSc Global Development.
AAB A-Levels in English Literature, Geography and Music.
7 As and 3 A*s GCSEs.
Grade 8 Piano
Grade 8 Violin
Grade 5 Music Theory
Basic first aid training through the British Red Cross (currently signed up to attend more workshops shortly).

My Availability

Over the summer I am free to work around your schedule, as the only goal I have is to be researching and writing my dissertation. I can work 2,3, or 4 days per week, which can be for full days or ad hoc hours. If necessary I can work weekends. Please let me know what works for you via a message!
