About Me
I am a cheerful 19-year-old childcare student with experience in the childcare industry. I have many little ones in my family who I love to care for. Some of my favourite activites with them include reading books, going to the park and playing board games.
I am a very cleanly person who enjoys keeping my space tidy and organised. I have no problem attending to household chores if required. My approach to caring for children is gentle and nurturing. My Experience
I have spent five months as a student nursery practitioner at a pre-school where I cared for children aged 2-3 and 3-4. My responsibilities included engaging in play and educational activities, practicing phonics and preparing meals and snacks. I also ensured to accomodate for children with allergies or specific dietary requirements, such as halal.
Currently, I am a student assistant teacher at a local primary school. I have been in this role for over three months and am enjoying it greatly. I work with children across all age groups, with a recent focus on Year 5 and Year 6. I also frequently support children with autism and specific sensory needs.
**Due to my limited professional experience with newborns and babies, I will not be providing care for this age group. I hope you understand!**
