My Requirements
Our boy is now 2 and 3 months and we are unapologetically in our family era and as result we don’t have time for much else so we are now looking to expand into childcare with minor cleaning and cooking services.
A Nanny who’s happy to babysit as well (for date night) would be great. As well as be willing to be out and about with babes. He’s an active boy that loves outside especially if his bike is involved.
We like the idea of having a second by how we’re choosing to parent it’s not sustainable without some support.
We’re looking to bring in someone consistent who our son can bond and be comfortable with. Someone who’s happy to teach, guide and play using gentle/ authoritative parenting and Montessori techniques instead of simply watching him. We do not agree with yelling or punishments as forms of discipline, but a more respectful, correction and teach approach.
We also do not use TV or iPads.
Overall We are looking for an extra pair of hands and eyes on days where neither one or both of us might still be around (but focused on life admin or a chance for my husband and I to properly connect) We are flexible with timing and happy to work with any schedule.
