With over 4 years of experience in childcare settings, I have perfected my skills in engaging children with age-appropriate activities, maintaining their routines, and addressing their emotional and physical needs with care and empathy.
My Experience
I have experience in a variety of childcare settings. During the summer of 2022, I went to Barcelona for two weeks. While there I volunteered in a Spanish nursery, a once-in-a-lifetime experience I am grateful for. I helped feed the babies and toddlers and maintained their cleanliness and the surrounding areas. I played with the children and ensured they were happy and comfortable until it was time for them to go home.
While studying at college I applied and volunteered at a primary school. This rewarding opportunity positively impacted my skills of communication, leadership, patience, organisation, imaginative thinking and confidence. This experience was the start of my teaching career.
I am currently studying Primary Education at University and have worked as a student teacher where I taught 80% of the school week.
Alongside this, I am surrounded by younger relatives I love spending time with, babysitting and taking on days out.

Working towards a degree in Primary Education - current level 5 qualification.
My Availability
I am available on a temporary basis up until September 2024 to continue my studies.
