i’ll be 21 next year and whilst i’m not a mother myself, i do have experience with kids from different types of backgrounds w different needs as seen on my profile x
i’d like to help other mums like mine who used to struggle to sort out childcare and make ends meet + my rates are flexible so please don’t hesitate to message me :)
My Experience
i grew up with a small immediate family but had to babysit children in my actual ‘big’ family, made up of many children aged 1 - 6, since the age of 12. i had to cook 3 meals a day for them (during half terms), took them out for activities, played with them, tutored basic english and maths, bathed them & also had to tuck them in bed. during half terms, i would stay at their houses and spend all day looking after them (when parents would leave for work around 7am & come back around 8pm)
my younger brother is severely autistic, extremely aggressive and has epilepsy. ive been his secondary carer all his life. i had to make sure he was safe during his meltdowns, had to be attentive in case of a seizure & i always made him his comfort meals at home.
My Qualifications
i don’t have any formal qualifications to show for my skills but i definitely have long term experience! i have also got my DBS check done but just waiting for the paper certificate to be sent to me x
My Availability
i’m available any day of the week but unfortunately due to my college schedule, only after 5pm :( except on fridays, i’m available after 1pm :) & anytime on the weekends!
