About Me
My name is Sara and I have a partner called Louis and a little lady called Cara born on 17.04.2024. I work in Romford as a controller on the railway and my partner is a self employed gardener in Hertfordshire and North London. My shifts are between 0600-0000 7days a week and I will be going back to work part time from Feb/March 2025 and full time from June 2025. I am looking for someone who can take Cara between Mondays - Fridays between the hours of 0700-1800 June-September and 0700 - 1500/1600 October - May. It wont be the same every week as I work on a 8 week rolling roster so can provide set days and times well in advance and will provide the schedule below. I am looking for a day once a week from Feb-May 2025 when I go in to work for keep in touch days and to get Cara used to the daycare initially.
My Requirements
My childcare requirements are a bit varied as I work shifts on a 8 week roster and my other half works Monday - Friday (sometimes Saturdays in Summer) between 0700-1800 depending on the time of year, so I understand any hesitancies with our needs.
Here are my requirements below:
8 week schedule (no dates as dependant on when Cara can start) the end times listed are the latest, times could finish earlier (will be much earlier from Sept-May)
Week 1
Mon 0700-1600
Tues 0700-1600
Weds 0700-1600
Thurs 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Fri 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Week2
Weds 0700-1800
Thurs 0700 - 1600
Fri 0700- 1600
Week 3
Mon 1000- 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Tues 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Weds 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Thurs 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Fri 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Week 4
Mon - Thurs I am off, may need a few hours on 1-2 days but these will be between 1000-1500, flexible on days and times
Fri 0700-0600
Week 5
Mon 0700-1600
Tues 0700-1600
Weds 0700-1600
Thurs 0700-1600
Week 6
Mon - Fri I am off, may need a few hours on 1-2 days but these will be between 1000-1500, flexible on days and times
Week7
Mon 1000- 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Tues 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Weds 1000 - 1800 (could be 1200-1800)
Week 8
I am working mon-Fri on cover so will not know shifts until 7 days latest before (I can sometimes find out earlier) but will either be 0700-1600 or 1000-1800
Back to week 1 and repeat
Finish times could be earlier than 1800 depending on partners work fortnightly.
We may require flexibility day to day in terms of extending or reducing hours if possible due to the nature of my partners job but we are more than happy to accommodate, we need some days to start at 0700 but of course will come to a mutual agreement with yourself as I know we are asking a lot schedule wise. This is why nurseries wouldn’t work for us. Ideally looking for someone who takes childcare vouchers and funded childcare where possible and based within Hoddesdon or surrounding areas within a mile or 2.
