Hi , I'm Helen I am married and have 2 daughters aged 11 and 15 . My eldest daughter is autistic and is home educated. We have a pony called George and spend most of our free time with him!
I have a niece and nephew aged 6 and 4 who i regularly look after too ??
My Experience
For 13 years prior to having my own children i worked in a residential home for children aged 4 - 18 who had varying disabilities . We specialised in working with children with ASD , ADHD and epilepsy.
After having my own children i have spent the last 6 years childminding for my niece and nephew so my sister could return to work and they are now heading off to school .
I currently work 1 day a week in a local pre school with ages 2-4
I have an NVQ level 3 in caring for children and young people and a current DBS with my current employer .
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3 caring for children and young people
Safeguarding children course completed
