About Me
Hi! I am currently a full time secondary school teacher, looking to gain some extra work during holidays, evenings and weekends. I am originally from Canada, where I worked in a nursery with the 2-3 year olds. There I ran many crafts, outdoor play, music lessons and dance lessons. I have my level 2 certificate in early childhood learning, along with a full teaching degree. I have experience working with kids from all ages. I also am very experienced cooking for children to make your dinner times easier! I would love to come and help out your family with any childcare needs!
My Experience
I worked in a nursery for two years, running the 2-3 year old room. I also have babysat for years and years, starting when I was about 14 years old. My partner has an 18 month old and a 3 year old, so my day to day is often filled with young children playing around. I have taken 2 rounds of first aid courses, I have my teaching degree and certificate in early childhood education, which is the Canadian equivalent of a childcare degree I believe.
My Qualifications
I have my Level 2 Certificate in Early Childhood Education, along with an Arts Education teaching degree.
My Availability
I am available evenings and weekends during term time, then am available during the holidays as well.
