My Experience
I have a lot of diverse experience in an early years setting, as I have worked in several over the duration of 13 years. Most of the skills and knowledge I have acquired are from working in private nursery settings with children aged 0-5 years, where I developed my initial knowledge of the early year's foundation stage statutory framework. I also have over 5 years experience working as a TA with children with SEND in 3 separate primary schools across London.
