About Me

I am caring, trustworthy and passionate about childhood development and wellbeing. I am qualified children's mental health practitioner working within the NHS. I have been working with children for over five years in a variety of settings and have a degree in children's education (primary). I am qualified to deliver CBT based interventions with children from the ages of 4-18 and deliver parent-led courses for challenging behaviour and childhood anxiety. I enjoy supporting children and have a particular interest in supporting children with ADHD and Autism. I also have experience housesitting and providing 'sitting' for small animals, equine and farm animals. I am an active individual who enjoys a variety of physical activity, being out in nature and water sports but also enjoy history, baking and reading.
