Hi I am a Nanny/Health Care Assistant/Support Worker.
I genuinely enjoy working with children from the new born stage and through out their primary and secondary school education. It has been a complete privilege working with children for more than 10 years. I find this profession very rewarding. Not only because I have been part of their progress, growth and development; but also, for the fun and unforgettable memories left in their young minds, which can never be deleted.
I posses a wealth of updated training regarding this profession in the following areas: child care, special educational needs SEN, basic life support, medication administration. Additional training on health conditions such as: epilepsy and diabetes. tracheostomy care, able to administer rescue medication, ventilation oxygen therapy and suctioning , catheter care, urine infection, injury, learning disability, gastrostomy feeding procedures, data protection, infection control health & safety procedures, equality, diversity, human rights, food & hygiene law, manual handling and dealing with conflict in the workplace.
The skills and abilities gained throughout this career made me a reliable, committed, trustworthy and hardworking nanny; who's main interest is to make a difference in the day to day growth, development and progress of your child. In the most creative, safe and fun environment.
My main aim is promote and fulfill the child/children physical, mental, emotional and medical needs, by designing a weekly care plan to meet the child/children specific needs. This plan can be designed in conjunction to the child/children parents.
