About Me
Hi! I am Amy, 33, an Ofsted registered Childminder. I offer a home from home setting at my house in LS16 on the new Spring Wood estate in Bramhope. I offer a calm, caring, nurturing, gentle yet fun environment where children can learn through play indoors and outdoors, activities, days out and socialise at playgroups. I am passionate about supporting children in all areas of development whilst promoting independence and self belief.
I live with my Husband who works until after 5 and two daughters age 3 and 6, youngest will be in nursery two days a week and eldest school full time. My children are kind and compassionate and love to have new friends over to play. No pets although we do love animals and enjoy visiting the local farm!
My Experience
17 years experience in childcare in total. 8 years experience as a room manager in a nursery age 0-5, followed by 9 years as a Teaching Assistant in Primary schools age 3-11. Experience through having my own two daughters who I gentle parent :)
My Qualifications
I hold a CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education qualification. 17 years childcare experience. 8 years experience as a room manager in a nursery age 0-5, followed by 9 years as a Teaching Assistant in Primary schools in two schools age 3-11. I am paediatric first aid trained.
My Availability
Term time only with some Ad hoc school holiday care available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents will be notified in advance. Parents/carers may be able to be request dates in advance subject to availability. If you request something specific or slightly different to what I offer feel free to message me to see if I can accommodate.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
Contracted hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Rates: £7 per hour, funding accepted and tax free childcare.
Extended Hours:
Flexible start time from 7:30 AM available at £4 per quarter-hour (e.g., 7:30-7:45 = £4, 7:45-8:00 = £4, 7:30-8:00 = £8). 5-5.15=£4
