A safe, happy and welcoming environment, where every child feels like a family member. A place where any parent can leave their child with confidence.
To ease the financial strain for paying for full time childcare, I am registered to take 15 and 30 hours funded for children aged 2/3 and 4.
I know sometimes things do not go to plan! I am very flexible with time. I can do very early mornings and late evenings.
For little ones who would like to go to pre-school, meeting their future piers can be important, we can provide transport for school runs. Talk to me, I will try to help whenever I can, whatever the situation.
I am an out and about active person, caring, fun, and loving. I enjoy joining in with the children and taking them out.
I am happy to take children to a variety of educational and interesting activities. I enjoy doing crafts, cooking, getting messy and having fun.
I have experience with SEND and SENCO.
I am a grandmother to four grandchildren.
Child Minding is the best job in the world. I love seeing the child develop.

I have experience of newborn babies up to year 6 primary school age and can ensure a creative, inclusive environment for all age ranges.
I live in a bungalow with a large living room, big garden, with lots of educational and fun toys and equipment to suit children of all ages and stages of development-arts & crafts materials, puzzles, books.
Depending on age and ability, a range of activities are offered:
Indoors – Lots of free play, story time, jigsaw puzzles, arts and crafts, painting, cooking, dressing up, imaginative play, simple sewing and threading, face painting, dancing and singing to music, construction toys and more………..
Most arty-crafty things tend to be done during the day with the younger ones; the school age children are given the choice to do the same things after school.
Outdoors – Lots of free play, ride on toys, outdoor games, run around and be silly time, adventure play structure and more……….

I am open for keyworkers.
I am available from 6am - 9pm Monday - Sunday. Hours outside these times can arranged.
I will care for your child for Min of 2 hours FREE with no contract if you need time for medical appointments.

Contracted hours the price includes:
Collection and return transport. (If necessary)
Drinks and Healthy snacks.
Nappies, baby wipes, creams etc.
Entrance to all outings: Swimming, Soft play centres, Play Groups Cinema etc.

Grandma Alison has minded my two boys for over 2 years and I'm so happy that I found her.
My children are always excited to go which makes it easy for me to leave them knowing they're happy
Alisons house is welcoming and full of things for the children to do as well as day trips out to keep them busy.
Communication is always honest and quick and I would often recieve pictures of what the children were up to throughout the day which is always lovely to see.
Alison has never let me down, she is trust worthy and reliable and I am sad to let her go as my youngest is ready to start school.
I Highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

Alison has looked after my son since he was 6 months hes now 4 and keaving for school. Alison has become a big part in his life and his upbringing. He has learnt life skills and gained confidence in several aspects of his life. He loves going to Alisons and sees her as part of his family. I would highly recommend Alison i would trust her with any of my children .

Grandma alison has been my sole child minder for approx 3 years and I could not ask for a better caregiver for my child my son has additional needs and alison caters for them all there are truly not enough words to say how much this lady has helped my son grow in education his speech his reading and writing I recommend alison to all the parents that I know and nobody has had a problem alison iis trustworthy always on hand when needed and supports the parents aswell as the child I would give 10 stars if I could

Thank you so much. I am so proud of your son. He has come on leaps and bounds. He is so confidence now. And his lovely kind and loving nature is wonderful. He is a pleasure to have.
My daughter has been with Grandma Alison for 3 years and I wouldn't send her anywhere else. My daughter loves spending time with her, they have a fantastic relationship which puts my mind at ease whilst I am at work knowing she's with someone she's happy to be left with.
I love that her home Is so friendly and welcoming. It's very much a home from home setting.
I know come September when she starts full time school she will be very sad to be spending less time their.
Alison is a lovely, kind lady who will go miles out of her way to help anyone out what ever the situation.
I would definitely recommend Grandma Alison to everyone, who is looking for childcare.

Well what can I say Alison I'd a brilliant childminder it breaks my heart to leave my children when I have to go to work but to leave them with someone that treats them as her own is even better they wait by the window shouting grandma when she pulls up and waiting by the door for her I could write so much about her on how she took my eldest boy on too when he was bullied at school so grandma said she would have the both of them and he's settled in lovey! ! Thank you for everything your nothing but a hero! !! Xx

I've just Alison for a few months now and she is a lovely friendly lady who is always on time never let's u down and trustful person and takes my little girl out and about and my mum used Alison with me when u was younger and I. Will always tell my friends about her as she is simply the best

My son has loved going to grandma alisons. Would recommend to anyone, what ever age your child. Very reliable and gives you peace of mind when you are not with your liitle one. One in a million :)

Grandma Alison is a very happy and friendly lady who is great with children of all ages, my little boy who is 3 loves going there, there is plenty for him to play with and to do, also plenty of room in doors and out, she provides a safe and clean environment, would recommend Alison to anyone looking for a childminder

what can i say, i'v never found better than grandma alison, everything is included, meals pick ups ect. shes fantastic with the kids, they love her to pieces, even iv grown fond of her! she is very flexible, and her heart is really in it, a real top rate lady, i would give 10 stars if i could!
