About Me
Hi,
My name is Zoë and I love teaching. I’m a qualified teacher, under- and post-graduate student mentor and study supporter, and music tutor. My teaching experience is mostly in primary schools, but I’ve also supported older students with specific learning and care needs.
I am also a keen researcher around early child development and have been published in several academic publications as well as presenting papers at Early Years conferences.
I play violin, piano and sing in my spare time and love reading, going to the cinema and walking my dog.
My Experience
I am a qualified teacher and non-medical helper with 15+ years’ experience of teaching and supporting able and disabled/neurodivergent students. I tailor my approach and curricula entirely to their needs and learning styles and always employ a person-centred approach. Autistic and ADHD myself, I am aware of the potential challenges faced by neurodivergent students, so am well-placed to provide the bespoke support they need.
