Im Lizzie, and I offer a cosy, home from home setting where your little ones can learn without knowing it.
I’ve got three young girls of my own and I’ve previously worked with children on a voluntary basis and babysitting.
Our days generally follow the kids interests and some of the things we get up to include playgroups, visiting the library, local nature walks, going to Wheelgate, teddy bear picnics, lots of crafts and messy play, singing, yoga and reading. I follow the danish principles of Hygge within the setting which focus’s on warmth, security and wellbeing, allowing a child to follow their current needs and interests in order to learn and grow with confidence.
In our home is myself, my husband, our three girls 7,5&3, Dylan the very old, very soft dog, Douglas the cat then Luna and Pepper the two kittens. Our pets all love kids and the children are all taught to be gentle with them.
My Experience
I've been a mum for 7 years now, and I've been lucky enough to spend 5 of those at home with my girls. I’ve previously worked with children on a voluntary basis as well as a number of years as a babysitter.
I'm currently studying for my degree in child psychology as well as my level 3 qualification.

My Availability
I'm available Monday to Thursday 8am -6pm, Fridays 8am - 4pm I currently have spaces for children from 1 to 5 years.
I accept various funding options including the new government funding from 9 months old, tax free childcare & student finance. If you're unsure please just ask.
