Over the past three years, I have gained extensive experience in childcare, working with children ranging in age from 6 months to 8 years old. My Experience
I have up to 3 years experience in childcare . I’ve looked after a 3 year old boy ,a 12 month to 26 month baby girl . I also have experience twin girls at ages 4-5 years, one of the girls has
cerebral palsy.
• I provided a healthy and caring environment to promote their wellbeing and development:
? I cooked homemade healthy, nutritious meals to ensure the the child’s dietary requirements were met
? Dropped off and picked up children using public transport safely and efficiently
? I taught the children safe behaviour during outings, such as how to safely cross the
streets

minute schedule changes
? I personalised my daily care for the girl with SEN needs by changing, feeding
and bathing her. I ensured she was comfortable in her wheelchair and gave
all her medication on time and the right amount.

SEN needs to increase her movement and reduce any stiffness she had.
? Performed a variety of domestic tasks including cleaning, washing, ironing and
