Hi, I’m Michelle Bagirova, an 18 year old enthusiastic and dedicated babysitter with a genuine love for children. To share some more about me, I've grown up with two little sisters - and recently another newborn sister who was born this year January, who I often care for, feed and change nappies - through this I have gained valuable experience and skills on how to manage my responsibilities in supervising, protecting, cleaning, and cooking for children, ensuring their well-being and happiness. I enjoy reading, listening to music and watching documentaries in my free time.
Additionally, with my mother’s extensive experience and current job as a nursery professional and childcare provider, I’ve absorbed countless stories, insights and tips on effectively managing and nurturing children in the most beneficial way. I firmly believe that every child deserves a safe, enjoyable, and enriching environment, while parents need the assurance of reliable and competent child care to focus on their responsibilities. My commitment is to provide parents with peace of mind, knowing their children are in capable and caring hands.
Furthermore, I have my Maths GCSE, my English Literature and Language GCSE, and my end of year grades at A*AA for college, you can be confident that I can provide support in a variation of home school activities for your children, and through allowing me to care for them you can be positive they will be left in an educationally enriching environment. As well as my high A* in the Russian Language, which can also be beneficial.
My Experience
With a background deeply associated with childcare, my experience is important as it is personal. As mentioned previously, my mother has extensive experience as a professional childcare provider in a nursery, and I have been exposed to valuable knowledge and techniques from her, as well as visiting the nursery and understanding the dynamics of childcare.
I also care for my three younger sisters, aged 13, 16, and a newborn who is just 6 months old. My responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, such as preparing meals, feeding the newborn, helping with homework, organizing activities, changing diapers, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and managing bedtime routines. This comprehensive experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to provide exceptional care for children of all ages.
