About Me
Hello! My names Molly and I'm 19 years old. So a bit about me, I'm a very active person. Currently I do ballet school in the week and help with drop in sessions, it's a favourite hobby of mine I love it! I teach children between the ages of 5-12, encouraging and watching their confidence grow over time is something I take pride in! I've finished my public services course at college and am yet to go on to a policing degree at university which are my plans for the future! I also LOVE art of all kinds too!
My Experience
My experience! So during my public service studies I wanted something part time that I could earn and enjoy and for me that was childcare! I was so blessed to receive a childcare job from a Vietnamese family who's incredible kids were 2-10 (references can be provided).
Looking after 6 young kids became something I got used to very quickly, obviously the baby needed a little more attention than the older kids but it was important I made sure they were entertained and had my attention too. I would often bring activities or create games for them all to play and they loved it! The girls loved getting silly dancing with me and struck a huge passion for ballet so I’d often take them to the studio now and then in my free time! They'd always have me joining in their make belief games it was hilarious!
A routine was created between me and the parents which involved me making dinner and tea at the usual times for all the kids with snacks in between, lots of fun activities and games all day and nap times for the baby at 2pm. I adapted to his most comfortable way of getting to sleep which was usually a back rub and cuddle or a pram push.
