About Me
I am a home from home childminder in a small setting. I have been a childminder for many years. I live in a 3 bedroom house with an enclosed garden. I have experience of working with tiny babies a few weeks old and lots of them have stayed with me until they go to senior school. I have lots of resources but are child lead. I teach children good manners and to listen. I have always been given good Ofsted report. I have 3 grown up children and 4 grandchildren. I live alone and do not have any pets. I ask parents to supply lunches but I supply snacks. I have spare clothes and waterproof splash suits but ask parents to supply nappies. And suitable footwear. I love my job and being outside with the children and am lucky enough to live near several parks which we use all year round. I pick up children from Kingshill school and nursery. I have a car with several different car seats suitable for all ages and all purchased from new. Please feel free to contact me if you need childcare and I will give you anymore information you need.
My Experience
I am trained in first aid and safeguarding and have been a childminder for many years, looking after babies and children up to age 12. I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for many years and am usually a small but busy setting. I do like to give lots of attention to the children I look after and therefore do not take on more than 3 at a time. I do have experience of working with twins. I like to keep in touch with families after they leave my care as it is lovely to see how the children grow into adults and some I have looked after now have children of their own.
My Qualifications
I am qualified in first aid and safeguarding and have many years experience in looking after young children.

I work all year round. Monday to Wednesday. 8am until 5.30
